It really bothers me when fitblrs think they know more than a trained professional. If your doctor gives you advice listen to that advice! They are professionals that went through many many years of education to get to where they are. People online are people that just decided one day to make a blog & they can claim to be “professionals” without any proof. If you feel like your doctor is wrong then get a second opinion from another doctor- not someone who reblog fitness pictures all day. We are here to share our experiences and learn from one another not to give out diagnosis or to discredit professionals. 

“Okay so ik you're suppose to eat 2000 cals plus if you workout . I worked out for 45 mins today & my hrm says I burned 490. So I logged my food & it came out to about 1400 cals idk maybe I didn't put the right portions in but I'm literally so full rn & I have a bunch of calories left plus I just worked out. I'm struggling b/c apparently you go into " starvation mode " if you don't eat enough but my body feels just fine”

You are not supposes to eat 2000 calories… the amount of calories you need is dependent on your individual needs. Go on you youtube page (link on my blog) I have a video explaining all of your questions
