Low Fat Crab Rangoon
-1/2 cup of crab meat ( I used imitation and it tasted great)
- 2 wedges laughing cow light creamy swiss wedges
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1tbsp chopped onion
- 8 wonton wrappers (I used nasoya which can be found usually where the tofu is)
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-In a bowl combine well all the ingredients except the wrappers
-lay out the wrappers on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray
-Using a small spoon, spoon a small amount of mixture onto the wrapped diagonally in the middle, fold over wrapper.
-Do this with all the wrappers
-Bake in oven for 5 minutes
-Remove from oven and flip them over
-Bake for 5 more mintues or until both sides are crispy
-Let them cool off and enjoy!
