This is it. I am going to be 100% honest with all of you from now on, even if that means I slip up. I have to start over since I am probably at my heaviest. I am probably the unhappiest I have ever been with my body and I am more determined than ever. So join me on my journey to get from 180 to 125! I will be completely honest with my journey, even when I have bad days. Here is my plan: 
1. Weekly weigh ins on Wednesdays. Today is my first and I am at 180 pounds and 5’2 tall. 
2. Weekly meal preps and day planning for food. 
3. Daily short “journal entries” 
4. Actively seeking support again binge eating ( I need you guys for this) 
5. 6x a week daily workouts burning at least 600 calories. 
6. No “Cheat meals” even if I think they are keeping me balanced because I know they just lead to me bingeing. 
7. Weekly progress pictures. 

So please join me in this - I really need you guys- If any of you feel like you need a fresh start or have a certain weight loss goal in mind please join me. I want to be able to check in in a few months and be proud!
